Kadaknath is a Black Meat Chicken breed from India. It is also a native bird of Madhya Pradesh, reared mainly by the tribal communities of Bhil and Bhilala. The generally available colors of kadaknath are jet-black, penciled and golden.

NUTRITIVE VALUE

Protein content in kadaknath is higher than 25% of an ordinary bird it varies between 18-20%.

Research has revealed that this species has lower cholesterol than white chicken. High levels of 18 amino acids out of which 8 are crucial for the human and rich in the hormone.

At our farm the soil is made fertile using our cow manure, mixed with water and is used for the irrigation of our paddy fields. Our natural irrigation methods, has resulted in healthy self- sustaining Eco system which blesses the farm with natural growth of the rice plants.

The growth of the rice has been stringently supervised even from the growth of the seeds. It is the best choice of rice for those who are health conscious as no chemical fertilizer, pesticide nor fungicide is used throughout the growing process of the rice. We nurture the rice carefully using method that is most friendly to the environment to bring out the most natural taste of the rice.
